The scheduling system is powered by Google Apps and Presdo. Here is how it works:
If you are a vendor
- Lookup your vendor page from the Vendors List,
- Login to your corporate office20.com Google Apps account (login and password have been sent by email),
- Record in your Google Calendar the time slots during which nobody from your company will be available,
- Check your corporate office20.com email account on a regular basis to make sure that you're not missing anything,
- Give the very best demo you can, taking place by default in the Impressionist.
If you are an attendee
- Login to your office20.com Google Apps account (login and password to be sent by email soon),
- Record in your Google Calendar all the sessions you will attend and the time slots during which you will not be available,
- Identify the vendors you would like to meet with from the Vendors List,
- Schedule meetings with them by clicking on the "Schedule Meeting" link appearing on their respective pages,
- Make sure to schedule at least two meetings with Launchpad startups — please.
