Biography:
Alain Mowad is the senior product manager of applications for Polycom’s voice communications solutions group. In this role, he manages all aspects of Polycom’s voice applications for the company’s SoundPoint and SoundStation product lines. This includes both embedded as well as the application programming interface (API) and the partner ecosystem around the API.
Alain has 10 years of experience in product management as well as five years of experience in professional services and support. Prior to Polycom, Mowad led the Genesys product management team that managed the Genesys Voice Platform.
Alain holds a bachelor’s degree in business and administration with an emphasis in applied economics from the Ecole des Hautes Commerciales in Montreal, Canada.
