This will be my first time participating in Office 2.0, and I'm looking forward to it. I'm sure all of us attend many conferences throughout the year, but Office 2.0 definitely feels different, and there are some great sessions lined up.

I'll be in a session with Jim Shepard from Cisco. Jim has been one of the key drivers of the Cisco Developer Network, an ambitious social collaboration initiative built for the Cisco developer community, which includes people both inside and outside the organization. We've been very fortunate to work with Jim and his team on this, and we're very excited about the results.

In our conversation we'll be focusing on the how's of building online community (both with respect to software and actual participation and enthusiasm), and on the tangible value of social computing in the enterprise. There will be a click-through of the CDN as well as time for Q&A.
