Zoho CRM

 

Zoho continues to improve its apps. The recent update to Zoho CRM includes fully customizable volume discounts for generating quotes/orders/invoices, configuration of fiscal year, case escalation as part of the Case Management, rounding options for currency type fields, and assignment rules for the Contacts module. In addition, they have made significant enhancements to the product customization and user interface. Great job Zoho, and keep them coming.

So who do you think will win the race to create and manage the "In the Cloud" infrastructure? Will it be Microsoft, Google, Dell, HP, Intel, Oracle, Salesforce, Yahoo, IBM, Cisco, or a consortium of partners? I guess it will all depend on who has the deepest pockets, the most resources, the highest credibility, and the greatest following. Right now Microsoft and Google seem to be the most likely winners. What do you think?
