Biography: Dean has over 20 years experience in the design and delivery of time and project management systems. He has personally trained more than 20,000 individuals in both the private and public sectors. His clients have included many Fortune 1000 companies such as Microsoft, Boeing, Arco, Cigna, Chevron, IBM, US Bank, AT&T, Hewlett Packard, and Motorola. Years of in-depth productivity consulting has given him extensive exposure to task planning/tracking software implementations in organizations of all sizes. As such, Dean has been very involved in the convergence of productivity tools and techniques on the web for more than a decade. This included several years as the President of Teamwork.com, a pioneering online workgroup collaboration application. Dean founded Viewpath.com in 2004 with a passion for building an everyday productivity tool that is easy for people to use, both on and off the job. Viewpath’s new 2.0 application (still in beta) incorporates advance web technologies, along with input from a wide-spectrum of customers and seasoned project managers. Dean sees that a new generation of flexible online task management applications, such as Viewpath, will help reshape the way many people view the role of project-based tools.
