Biography:
Dorianne Cotter-Lockard brings over 25 years of IT strategy and management experience, as a leader and delivery-oriented executive with a proven track record in organizational management, business process transformation and implementation of large scale technology initiatives. She has focused on leadership of large IT organizations through defining vision and strategy, leading change, instituting best practices and developing technology leaders.
Previously, Dorianne was Chief Technology Officer for Countrywide Financial Corporation’s Loan Administration Division and Managing Director of Enterprise Applications, where she served in the C-level cabinet for one of the largest divisions of the company (over $1 billion in revenue), making financial, organizational, and operational decisions in partnership with the C-level executives of the division.
Dorianne earned an MBA in Finance from New York University, Stern School of Business. She is currently in the doctoral program in Human and Organizational Development at Fielding Graduate University and a faculty member in the MBA program at California Lutheran University. She earned her Bachelor of Music degree at the Eastman School of Music.
